I like to draw Interlace knot work, commonly called Celtic Knot work. My favorite kind of knot is one that is one continuous line.

Where you can start following the line at any point and find your self back at that same point after you have traced the line all the way through the knot.The trick is to make all the little pieces of the design look like a complete line as it weaves over and under in the design.
