Aida's Chicken Mole Tamales are authentic delicious family recipe tamales that Aida grew up eating. The masa is handmade by Aida in a ODA licensed kitchen. The tamales are filled with ample amounts of cooked chicken than covered in Aida's 31 ingredient Mole Poblano Sauce. The Mole is inspired by her 100 year old Mom Elodia Escudero Navarro Camalich and combined with Mexican artist Frida Kahlo recipes who was associated with the Escudero Family in Coyoacan, Mexico City in the late 1930's.
